About Me
I have 8 years industry experience designing mobile applications, software, and websites (and many more years doing design work). Currently, I work with a full balanced team at Home Depot to create common services to drive the backbone of reverse logistics for the whole company. Because of my background in visual design, I am a one-stop-shop when it comes to taking a project from conception and early planning all the way through the released final product.

Roles as a UX designer for the Deliveries and Reverse Logistics lines of business
Currently working on a balanced team (PM, Engineers, UX) to create a common service API to disposition product back through the reverse logistics chain, allowing The Home Depot to save millions of dollars in returns
Designed and successfully launched a customer facing appliance delivery tracker product to provide customers with visibility into when their appliance would arrive. The ultimate goals of the product were to increase customer satisfaction and confidence in their delivery and to reduce the call volume to our customer support centers where customers were calling about the status of their delivery.

Primarily works in an office utilizing Agile development methodologies. Two week sprint cycle
Meets internally and understands the goals of the product. Researches and sketches features, creates wireframes and user flows, generates prototypes and user tests, and designs full mockups which turn into assets to be handed off to developers
Designed engage platform and kiosk ordering solution from the ground up, and have many applications on the app store today that I had a hand in creating or supporting
